Abstract (EN)

Miniplaque surgery is one of the common use of mandibular fractures. Fractures of the mandible bone fixation plate prior to application of the limit values can carry out audits need to be put biomaterial used. Plate and fixation, including cases where the chin reaches the maximum force required to have any effect responds to the nature. Biocompatibilities fixators are applied, as well as loads of plaque and also capable of meeting the needs of the region can be expected. Investigations necessary to determine and record the geometry of the material to be used prior to surgery. In this study, computed tomography (CT) images created in a three-dimensional model of mandibular sagittal split osteotomy and fracture in angulus created. Different positions of miniplate mandibular fixators with different geometry and three different biocompatible materials (titanium alloy, cobalt chrome, stainless steel) were designed and of were capacity compared with ANSYS Workbench software for both two farcture type.
