Abstract (EN)
In recent years, the propagation of bougainvillea species as potted ornamental plants has become important, the development of breeding techniques and year-round reproducibility. Although there are studies on the growth of the bougainvillea by steel in different rooting media and the effects of hormone applications on the rooting of the steel at different doses, no studies have been conducted on the effects of bacterial fertilizers containing microorganisms. This study was carried out to determine the rooting percentage of the semi-woody steels of Bougainvillea glabra. Rooting performances of cuttings were investigated with different doses of indole-3 butyric acid (IBA) and microbial fertilizer along with control treatment in this study. Perlite were used as rooting media. The effects of treatments on rooting ratio and root quality (root number, root diameter and root length) were investigated. According to research findings; The rooting rate in the steels was higher in bacterial fertilizer applications than in all other applications. It has been observed that the number of primary roots is higher in IBA use. Bacterial use was observed to be better in terms of root length and thickness.
