Comparison of volleyball coaches in social-economic factors and well-being in the team in different volleyball league

Objective: As the purpose of this study, the socio-economic well being of the coaches who are working in different volleyball leagues in Turkey had been investigated and the similarities have been understood. In this context, the goal had been defined as finding the similarities and differences for guiding to vocational training. In addition, with the results of the thesis, it had been aimed to create a resource for future research on this subject. Materials and Methods: In the first stage, the conceptual framework of the thesis had been revealed and the literature review of the thesis had been made. In the second part, Personal Information and Opinion Form had been used which has been developed by Personal Information and Opinion Form (Appendix-1) in thesis named as "T.V.F. Volleyball Coaches with M.E. B. Comparison of Some Socio-Economic and Educational Levels Among Physical Education Teachers in Volleyball Activities " and The Wellness Self-Perception Scale (Appendix 2), which was prepared by Corbin et al have been used in the questionnaire. In the third stage, survey data had been analyzed in SPSS program. In the fourth stage, the results of the analyzes have been discussed. Findings and Results: It was observed that the emotional and mental well-being of the volleyball coaches changed especially depending on the age. The trainees in the 18-30 age range feel more mentally and emotionally worse than the coaches aged 41-50 to 61 years and over.
