Özet (EN)
The aim of this study is to search the effects of construction formworks with different surface properties on some physical properties of concrete and the differences between concrete compressive strength of reinforced concrete shearwalls which are produced by formwork-surface-treated drainage holes and lined formworks with drainage holes. 12 pieces of reinforced concrete shear wall formworks of 1200 mm height, 1500 mm width and 200 mm thickness have been prepared to analyze the effects of the molds on the physical properties of concrete; the shearwall formworks have been traditional prepared as plastic, sheet metal, pine wood and plywood surfaces (without any treatment) with drainage hole (horizontal and vertical 100 mm intervals and holes with 2 mm diameters) and drainage holes and lined (applying geotextile coat to internal surfaces of the hole molds). C30 self-compacting concrete has been poured into the prepared formworks. Concrete compressive strength tests have been carried out on concrete blocks removed from the formwork with Schmidt puller readings and on core samples received at the end of 7th, 28th, 60th day and from surface hardness and the reinforced concrete shearwalls. As a result, it has been determined according to the experimental studies on reinforced concrete shearwalls and their core samples that the concrete produced with plastic surface and drainage (PLD) formwork with regard to all features has showed the highest compressive strength than other concretes and the concrete produced with pine timber drainage (KD) formwork has showed the lowest performance. Comments and suggestions have been submitted about these studies.
