Overtime is an indispensable element of a business life. However, in practice, many employers do not pay deserved payment to the employees. Thus, the right to claim overtime payment comes forward. These claims have to be proven before the court in order to be accepted. In this study, the proof instruments to be used for proof of overtime is analyzed, and the effect of these instruments in terms of employees and employers, is evaluated in accordance with the Supreme Court's decisions.
