Abstract (EN)

The aim of this research is to examine the effect of using digital games in science classes on students' academic achievement, permanence and attitudes of knowledge. The research was carried out in the experimental model with pretest and posttest control groups. For the study, our 6th Grade Body Systems and Health unit was chosen. The data obtained from 59 (31 experimental and 28 control groups) participating in the study were analyzed. As a result, it was concluded that the use of educational digital games in science education positively contributes to the academic success of students and also affects the permanence positively.
