Transcribed text and word groups of Ferhan Sabit's "Billûr"

This work is composed of Ferhan Sabit's 94-page book "Billûr", which was published in 1928 in the Akşam Printing House. As a result of the examination of other studies, no similar study was found and Ferhan Sabit's Billûr, which was not transcribed before, was transcribed and its word groups were examined. Leylâ Karahan's book Türkçede Söz Dizimi was taken as a basis in ordering and classifying the word groups. The aim, importance, method and limitations of the study are given in the introduction.The study consists of three parts: In the first part, information about language and its importance, the concept of word group, the definition of word groups according to some linguists and the characteristics of word groups are given. In the second part, the word groups in the work named "Billûr" were examined. In this section, the word groups are taken together with the sentences in the work, long sentences are shortened with three dots, the word groups are written in italics within the sentences, page and line numbers are shown in parentheses. In the third part, the transcribed text of the work named "Billûr" is given. The transcript was made by adhering to the original work, page numbers are shown in square brackets in the upper left corner, and lines are shown in brackets just at the beginning of the line. In the conclusion part of the study, which word groups the author uses the most and how this usage affects his style are stated, and inferences about language and stylistic features are made.
