Abstract (EN)
In this study, the single crystals of AFe2Se2 (A= Ba, Sm), K0.8Fe2Se2 and FeTe1-xSex (x=0.2)systems were prepared. Firstly, to produce the superconducting materials by using both one-step senthesis and flux technique, the precursors were prepared. After that, by using those precursors the single crystals of FeSe-122 superconductors having good quality and superconducting properties were obtained. Then produced samples were characterized by using XRD, SEM-EDS, magnetic resistivity and magnetic techniques.
