Abstract (EN)

Qādīkhān was a prominent Hanafī scholar whose legal opinions, particularly compiled in Fatāwā Qādīkhān, have held enduring significance in Islamic jurisprudence. Despite the work's scholarly value, a comprehensive takhrīj (hadith verification) of its narrations had not been undertaken. This study addresses that gap by examining all the hadiths cited in the work. The introduction outlines the study's purpose, significance, methodology, and primary sources. Subsequent chapters present the biography of Qādīkhān and an overview of his works. The main body of the thesis is devoted to the takhrīj of the hadiths in Fatāwā Qādīkhān, evaluating their authenticity according to the principles of hadith methodology and the sciences of jarh and taʿdīl. The conclusion summarizes the key findings and presents a general evaluation of the narrations in tabular form.
