The science of interpretation is one of the most important and honorable sciences and the most useful, because it has to do with the Qur'an, and understands its meanings, connotations and purposes. Furthermore, it is one of the most difficult and sensitive sciences; for the origins, science and knowledge it requires; and for understanding its meanings, purposes plus its impact on the lives of the nation and individuals. Throughout its long history, Allah has prepared Imams, scholars and interpreters for this nation, who have spent their lives learning and teaching the Holy Qur'an, some of whom have known and have been famous, and whose work has been investigated and studied, and some of his manuscripts have remained locked up in libraries. Among them is Fathallah ibn Abi Yazid al-Sharwani, author of the manuscript of the interpretation of al- Kursi verse, who seeks to study this research and direct it scientifically, and provide him with all the necessary scientific and technical services, honored to serve the Holy Quran. Fathallah ibn Abi Yazid al-Sharwani absolve his nation and its heritage. In order to introduce the reader to a 9th-century AH to a scholar of science interpretation, which was not meant by the scholars, and was disturbed by the introduction of translators, so that the problem of the study was the following main question: Who is Fathallah Al-Sharwani, what are his sources of interpretation, and what is his approach to interpreting of al- Kursi verse? This study relied on the interview between the copies that the researcher was able to obtain, and the comparison between them. In addition to relying on the descriptive analytical approach in al-Sharwani interpretation, and the study of his method and sources in his interpretation. The study reached several conclusions, including: some translators (as s status), Fathallah ibn Abi Yazid al-Sharwani made Fathullah bin Shukrallah, and indeed, he is the son of Abu Yazid, as most translators went. Al-Baghdadi did a mistake in determining the year of his death in 857 Ah, while the majority of the translators agreed that al-Sharwani was alive that year, but they differed in determining the year of his death, and it is likely that it was around 891 Ah, Al-Sharwani's approach to the interpretation al- Kursi verse is the approach of the adage; he explained the blessed verse by depending on the Holy Quran, the Prophet's Hadith, and the words of the Sahaba /companions and the followers. He depended on the main sources of interpretation, Hadith/ tradition and fukh, especially the compositions of Al-Razi, Zamakhshari and Ghazali, in addition to the developing of linguistic and rhetorical investigations.
