Within Law of Intellectual and Artistic Works, rights of interior designer and protection his/her product work

The concept of space which were created by humans to supply their requirements has been obtaining from the past, because a person wants to feel himself in safe and comfortable. So he/she can solve this situation with the spaces which are having certain limits and converted by shell. As the time goes on, the concept of space has been started to analyse in different ways. Interior Design arised and it went forward to su ly eo les' requirement, desire and appreciate in the most correctly way. Within this thesis, interior design and interior designer's meanings will be defined. How the design rocess follows the road will be analyzed and the last roduct "product work" of interior design will be explaiened. Later, the rights of the author and how the produck works can be saved will be described within the law of intellectual and artistic works. In line the rights of author and product work, interior designer's and his/her product work's rights which are put on the focus the thesis will be explained within the law of intellectual and artistic works and will be trying to reach the result.
