Abstract (EN)

Ill ABSTRACT In the world, getting global, the economic crisis is one of the most important events' which influenced the last decade immensely. In the period of 1990-2000, ERM Crisis in 1992, the Crisis of Mexico in 1995 and The Crisis of South East in 1997 were all felt. As for Turkey in this period, two crisses, one in April, 1994 and one in November 2000 are felt. Concerning the crisis felt, probably the most sporkling point is that any more the crises do not only affect the country it is felt in but also the other countries. Both the crises which emerged in the world and Turkey do not only affect the economy of the country they are felt in but also all the other instituties. The crises have an immense influence on the functions of instituties (marketing, production and accountancy ). In this study the effect of financial crises on the financial construction of the instituties. In the first chapter, the general methodology and explanations about the financial crises are given. In the second chapter, the crisses which emerged between 1990 and 2000 in both Turkey and the world and ones which have a global factor are studied. In the third chapter, the affect of the crises which are mentioned on the institutions are studied. In the fourth chapter, how the factories around the Organizational Manufacturing Area Of Gaziantep are affected from the financial crises.IV In the last chapter, the results and suggestions are given in the light of the study.
