The effect of financial performance on the company's value an ampric study on the food sector in the BIST

This study examines the effect of financial performance and firm value on the market value added of food companies in the Istanbul Stock Exchange between 2008-2018. Independent variables were determined as indebtedness ratios, profitability ratios, liquidity ratios, productivity ratios and q-tobin ratio. In this study, tool variables were used because GMM method was used. In this study, after examining the literature of capital structure and firm values measurements, analysis was made by GMM method. According to the results of the analysis, profitability ratios, productivity ratios, liquidity ratios and tobin q ratio affect the firm value.
