Abstract (EN)

Firdevsî-i Rûmî, a key figure in the history of Turkish literature, lived between the late 15th and early 16th century. The high number of copyrighted and translated works he wrote indicates that he is a prolific writer. Among these, with 81 volumes, Süleymân-nâme-i Kebir is considered as his most important work. In addition to the legends of Prophet Solomon, Süleymân-nâme-i Kebir includes history, philosophy, medicine, morality, astrology, mysticism, and stories of other prophets. In this study, the 78th volume of Süleymân-nâme-i Kebîr, which is registered in the Topkapı Palace Museum, Manuscripts Library, Treasury Library, section H1537, was discussed.
