While Independent Samples T Test was used to compare scale scores according to demographic variables with two categories, One Way ANOVA analysis was used to compare scale scores according to demographic variables with more than two categories. Tukey was used as PostHoc test in ANOVA analysis. Pearson Correlation analysis was used to examine the relationship between scale scores, and Multiple Linear Regression analysis was used to examine the effect of self-efficacy on psychological resilience. According to the results of the analysis, while there was a statistically significant difference in the self-efficacy of the students according to the students' gender, age, school type, grade level, participation in physical activity, frequency of participation in physical activity, academic success status and economic status of the families, there was no statistical difference according to the type of physical activity.
