Abstract (EN)

Financial markets that have been developing since 1970?s reached at an international level with the developments in monetary liberalization and technology. While the upsurge in competition encourages international investments, the development and globalization of financial markets as well as alterations in countries may seriously influence others.Financial Markets that have been developing and changing, put forth new financial instruments. In addition, the usage of them has been expanded by the boost in financial liberalization. Convertion of currencies to one another has improved one of the important aspects of international finance. In fact, the access to financial instruments such as securities and stocks have become quite easy.In this study, the development of financial systems since its very first inception, internationalization of financial markets and the monetary liberalization movements as a result of globalization of financial markets are scrutinized. As a corollary, new financial instruments that emerged with technological innovations and particularly forex markets are examined.Keywords: Forex Markets, Forex, SPK, Elliot Wave Principles
