Abstract (EN)

Phosphorus (P) and sulfur (S) are important elements for yield and quality in plants. In this thesis, the effects of increasing doses of S and P applications on a P and S deficient soil under greenhouse conditions on green component dry matter yield, SPAD value and green component S, P and N concentrations of bread (Adana-99) wheat were investigated. According to the results obtained, increasing doses of S and P applications to the soil caused a statistically (p<0.05) significant increase in the green part dry matter yield, SPAD value and S, P and N concentrations of the wheat plant. Under the conditions of S and P deficiency, green party dry matter yield, which was 0.15 g plant-1, increased to 0.88 g plant-1, causing an increase of 486.6% at the dose of 100 mg kg-1 P and S applications. In parallel with the proportional increase in the S and P application doses from the soil, green part dry matter yields, S, P and N concentrations of the plant also increased. The results have shown us that 50 and 100 mg kg-1 of P and 25 and 50 mg kg-1 of S are ideal doses for the increase of S, P and N concentrations along with the dry matter yield of the bread wheat.
