Abstract (EN)
Based on the commercially available acrylamide-based hydrogels, free radical polymerization and micelle copolymerization techniques were combined to produce photo-degradable hydrogels. The photoactive cross-linker containing photo-degradable hydrogels were investigated before and after UV degradation. Thus, the incorporation of photo-degradable moieties into commercial hydrogels, swelling behaviors relative to the dose of UV light that caused alteration in the properties of the hydrogel, and release of fluorescent in the subsequent stages were determined kinetically. Since, synthesized photo-degradable cross-linker has a hydrophobic character, it is provided to incorporate the hydrogel into the structure by the micellar copolymerization method. Moreover, the water-insoluble fluorescence compounds were made into the cyclodextrin complex, encapsulated in the hydrogel and release of fluorescent was determined according to the amount of UV light degradation.
