Abstract (EN)
The home is a 'special' place that both 'witnesses' and 'enables' the individual and social existence of human beings and undergoes change and transformation of the individual's 'perception of existence'. Based on this multi-layered structure of the home, one can trace the sustained "perception of existence" and the "space" created by this perception. Within the scope of this study, the mental and physical 'process is examined in historical perspective and its reflection on the current day is questioned. In this today's atmosphere, the home is described as an 'indicator' value that becomes fluid and becomes blurred with globalism and digitalism, rather than being a space where vital activities and human relations take place and defined by the distinctions of private / public space. The purpose of this practice is to reveal the house and its mental return in the role it assumes within the 'house production mechanism' by Airbnb, which includes the simplest meaning of the house, 'shelter', which includes what it calls 'experiential housing' by redefining it through today's values and 'experience'. to put. In this direction, the study is handled over the change of the summer accommodation activity, the variables of production and production variables in the process until today. The house, which has turned into an indicator / image, has become an object of consumption that has become a popular meta-indicator today. Findings and findings are obtained. Airbnb's role in this process; to standardize the home space under the name of "popular / approved interior design" by creating a visual language specific to the popular culture industry. Thus, Airbnb reduces the interior architecture and space design together with the house to an 'image' that lacks depth and content in a superficial and artificial relationship, and paves the way for a professional discussion.
