ABSTRACT APPLICATION ON THE FRANCHISING SYSTEM TO THE FIELD OF EDUCATION Neziha AGHLMAND Franchising one of the marketing distribution systems, has become a considerably preferential system, specifically for service enterprises. In the light of this development, it has been thought that a search of applications of franchising systems in the educational sector would contribute to both the theorists and the implementors in the field. According to the mentioned development, this study covers the level of satisfaction of personnel and students in Franchising and Freelance educational institutions, the measurement of the quality level of relationship between educational institutions and students and the comparison of topics covered by technical qualities of educational institutions. The Study group includes all the employees and students of educational institutions functioning in Cankaya district of Ankara city. Since all individuals in the study group were accessible, it has not been selected as a sample. Rather a questionnaire was submitted to 386 students and 64 employees, who agreed to answer it , in the study group. The following conclusions have been obtained in this study; 1) Freelance educational institutions are more satisfactory for the students than franchising educational institutions. 2 ) Satisfaction of employees of Freelance educational institutions is greater than franchising educational institutions. 3) The quality of relationship between students and employees in freelance educational institutions is higher than the relationship between students and employees in franchising educational institutions. 4) There is no difference between the success of both educational institutions.
