Abstract (EN)

Nowadays, most of the chemical researches are focused on the synthesizing of the new compounds possibly having biological activities, besides determining and measuring of these activities. It has been shown that fulvene and its derivatives which are active precursors of the important compounds in the pharmacological and medicinal researches have antidepressant, thymoleptic, euphoric, antifibrillatory, antiinflamatory, analgesic and antiedema properties (Blitzer, 2001). This study planned after a wide literature surveys, is consist of four steps. The first step is the synthesizing of various 6-substituted fulvene compounds, the second one, their Diels-Alder reactions with different dienophiles and the structure determination of all new compounds by IR, *H NMR, 13C NMR, DEFT and MS spectroscopic data, respectively. In the last step, the biological activity researches and measurements of the new fulvenes and isomer cycloaddition adducts are continuing.
