Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this research; the effects of rope ladder and stepladder practices on technical and some physical and physiological properties in footballers. This work; The study was carried out with the participation of a total of 30 volunteer athletes, aged between 18-25, who have at least four year of athlete background, and actively engaged in footballers in the 2022-2023 season. The athletes participating in the study were divided into Rope Ladder (n=10), Step Ladder (n=10) and Control (n=10) groups by random method. The IP ladder and step ladder to the athletes, 1 Week preparer IP and step ladder after practice, preparation and 3 days a week for 12 weeks, covering the period of the competition ladder and step ladder includes a training program that works with the IP underwent technical training. The control group athletes, on the other hand, underwent only technical training 3 days a week for 12 weeks. Tests including anthropometric, motoric and football skill performance characteristics were applied as pre-test and post-test in all athletes. Statistical analyses of the obtained data were evaluated at the p<0.05 significance level in the statistical package program. According to the findings of the research, pre-workout and post-rope-ladder in the group sprint 10m, 20m sprint, 30m sprint, flexibility, standing long jump, agility, head bouncing ball, bouncing ball with the whole body in values; step ladders in the group body weight, body mass index, 10m sprint, sprint 20m, 30m sprint, flexibility, vertical jump, agility, head bouncing ball, pass, Castle Duran milk, milk in the value of the Ball Moving Castle; there was a significant difference in body weight, body mass index, standing long jump, bouncing the ball with the right-left foot, bouncing the ball with the whole body, standing ball shot at the goal in the control group (p<0.05). In the intergroup comparisons, it was seen that there were significant differences between the 10m sprint and agility values of the rope ladder group compared to the control group, flexibility values of the step ladder group compared to the control group, and football skill values compared to the right-left foot and ball bounce values of the step ladder group compared to the rope ladder group (p<0.05). As a result, it can be said that rope and ladder work applications in football training and football training can contribute to the development of athletes' motoric characteristics and some football skill performances, rope ladder work can be effective in gaining speed and agility, and step ladder work can be effective in gaining flexibility.
