Masculi̇ne language in football and reflection to the turkish television football discussion programs: Samples of the Yenilsen de Yensen de and Beyaz Futbol

In this master thesis study concerning the subject line, "Masculine language in football and reflection to the turkish television football discussion programs: samples of the Yenilsen de yensen de and Beyaz futbol" the way how build-up and use of masculinity improved in football discussion shows- most of which air pre and post –football games- to the construct of masculinity was studied. The ways how woman were systematically left behind the men as a result of the link between sports and body, as well as the impact of television programs on sport to this situation, were investigated. In an effort to clarify the underlying reasons of various occurances causing women to hustle more actively to partake and exist in the medium of football; this studies was based on the reflection of masculine utterances and reteorical masculinity of the society to the football talk shows along with the placement of the football in the centre of attention by the television.
