Abstract (EN)

Aim: The aim of this study is to investigate the differences in oxygen consumption between rusted passless, straight and directional running at different speeds. Tool and Method: The study consists of 11 males aged 18-24, who are volunteers among amateur footballers who played in football season, students of Faculty of Sport Sciences, Celal Bayar University, Manisa. Height, body weight and body fat percentage of the participants were analyzed. 11 volunteers were tested at 6 different running tracks at 48 hours intervals on six different days. Oxygen consumption capacity, heart rate and post-test lactate levels of the participants were measured. In order to evaluate whether the data were normally distributed, kolmogorov smirnov test was applied and then paired t test was used according to the results. Findings: When the findings were examined in terms of oxygen use variable, statistically significant difference was determined in rusty and non-passive direction changing conditions at 8,0, 9,2, 10,4, 11.6 and 12,8 km / h (p <0,05), while 8 km / h ' No statistically significant difference was found in the test results (p> 0,05). No statistically significant difference was found between the anaerobic and aerobic thresholds of the participants and heart rate (p> 0,05). When the findings were examined in terms of the final lactate levels of the participants, a statistically significant difference was found in most of the comparisons in rust and pass-free direction changes (p <0,05). Results: According to the results obtained from the research data; It was determined that rusty and passless direction changing conditions showed positive differences in terms of oxygen consumption and end-of-test lactate values. Keywords: Training, Heart Rate, Lactic Acid, Oxygen Consumption
