Abstract (EN)

In this study, bazidiyospores were isolated from the dikaryon Ganoderma lucidum strain through fruit production, and hybrid strains were obtained by protoplast fusion from monokaryons obtained by germination of spores. CMCase activity of 120 dikaryon hybrid strains obtained from 16 monokaryons was compared with the parent dikaryon strain and monokaryons. In our study, whether there was a significant difference between hybrids was evaluated with One-Way Anova according to the 95% confidence interval (p<0.05). The p-Value was calculated as 0.67 and it was concluded that there was no statistically significant difference between the hybrid strains. Additionally, whether there was a difference between the enzyme activity of hybrid strains and monokaryons was evaluated according to the 95% confidence interval (p<0.05) by applying the Independent Two Sample T-Test. Among the hybrid strains obtained in our study, the p value for hybrids formed by GM16 is 0.0379, and this shows that there is a statistically significant difference between the enzyme activity of monokaryon strains and the enzyme activity of hybrid strains formed by GM16 strain.
