Abstract (EN)

When the countries that play an active role in global competition after the emergence of industrialization are examined, it is seen that the countries that produce their final products with higher quality, lower cost, higher efficiency and consistently the same quality than other countries come to the fore. When the production performances of these countries are examined, it is seen that the main factor of their success is the effective application of R&D investments and technological developments to their production lines and their continuity. In this thesis, the MAG Gas Welding method, which is mainly used (80%) in all sectors where the welded manufacturing industry is used effectively in our country, in the shipyards, automotive and sub-industry, machinery and equipment manufacturing industry, pressure vessel manufacturing industry, industrial and energy plant installation, etc. With the active use of technological developments in production methods, it is aimed to experimentally determine the benefits to be obtained in production speed, production cost and production quality. In this way, in all sectors where welded manufacturing is used in our country, significant improvement in production and energy costs used in production, significant improvement in production speed and production quality, and an effort to create resources that will create the opportunity to offer both more competitive and high-volume products to global markets. A low-cost, high-quality and high-volume final product production method.
