Proteinüria screning is one of the most powerful marker of reduced renal function for some scanning which will be applied in order to determining the risk of developing chronic renal failure. Hypertension is the main risk factor for heart, kidney, brain and vascular diseases which occured in older age and for some patients the begining can be seen in the term of childhood. This study is applied in the center of Gaziantep city at different primary schools of which students families have different socioeconomic levels, it is aimed to find out the prevalance of abnormalities by the way of scanning hematuria, proteinuria and hypertension in primary school children betwen the ages of 6-14. This study was realised in 32 classes from 8 different school were chosen to study by the way of cluster sampling system. At the begining, the morning first urine samples were taken from 840 school children, these samples were evaluated in 0.5 to 1 minute by using dipstick in mobile laboratory that was established in school, in this evulation proteinuria and hematuria were analysed. Blood pressure of the children, was measured on the fore arm by age appropriate coupling and determined by taking the avarege of three measurements. Children with abnormal urine result were applied, the second urinalysis test two week later and third urinalysis three weeks later. Result of studies which applied to students in Gaziantep primary schools, are carried out the prevalance of hematuria proteinuria and hypertension and it?s analysed with statistical method, whether there is connection with the other clinic parameters. Proteinuria in urine is 0.23 % in two children (two girls), hematuria 1.07 % in nine children (five girls-four boys) and high blood pressure is determined at a rate of 0.23 % in two children (one boy- one girl).
