Conditions in the sufi classics before Ghazali

In sufism, conditions is the name given to situations such as joy, sadness, sorrow, happiness and enthusiasm that come to the heart without thinking and effort. Those who do everythig they do for the sake of Allah, whose heart life is rich and whose morality is great, are called the righteous state. The issue of states and authorities is accepted as the most fundamental issues of Sufi science. As a matter of fact, in the classical works written by the authors of the tedvin period, it is seen how important the state of affairs is in terms of sufi science. Although hte sufis have some different views on the states, they have sometimes disagreed about what is a state and what is an office and whether the states are continuous or not, but they have come together on a common ground. That is, the fact that conditions are God-given, God-given grants and that one should not get stuck in situations and that the aim is to reach Allah's approval. In addition to being the inner experiences of a sufi, states are considered as signs of moral progress and transformation. Although the terminology related to the states developed during the period of tasawwuf, the subject of the states was accepted as the most fundamental issue of sufism as one of the Islamic sciences. Is the known that sufis experienced some conditions in sufis on the way to morally purification, spiritual ascension and reaching the ultimate goal, tawheed, which is called leech with riyazet and mujaheda. As a matter of fact, the sufis tried to explain these experiences with signs and exppressions and thus a rich literature emerged. In this study, the subject of states, discussions, the main differences between mystical states and tasawwuf states in the classical works of the formation period are discussed.
