Effects of institutionalization and benchmarking foostechnique in turkish family companies served in the food sector on company performance

Inthis study effects of institutionalization's factors and benchmarking techniques in Turkısh family companies served in the food sector on company performnace are triedto put forward with literature survey. A survey which consists of 56 questions, was conducted to the employees of family companies which serve in the food sector byusinglikert scale 160 surveys wereevaluated. Survey result sare evaluated in the light of reliability analyses of answers factor analyses, correlation analyses and regression analyses byusing SPSS programme. Effects of institutionalization, sustainable administration, benchmarking on company performance are tried to determine with the applied analysis technique. As a result, it is confirmed that institutionalization and benchmarking technique have a significantly influence on company perfomance.
