Özet (EN)
In the late 1940s, many new kinds of chemicals were discovered. They helped increase cropyields dramatically and made available plentiful grains and a bountiful variety of inexpensivefruits and vegetables. However, during the 1960s, we became aware that pesticide use had itscosts. Concern increased about potential health effects, environmental contamination, andeffects on wildlife. Some pests became immune to many pesticides. In the 1980s and 1990swe have seen more widespread use of biological, cultural, and physical pest controlscombined with judicious pesticide use. The goal is to combine them in a way that minimizeseconomic, health, and environmental risks. There are different methods of pesticide residue analysis. The method that is performed bygas chromatography is the most sensitive method of these ones.In this study, one of these standardized methods have been modified and have been validatedin current laboratory conditions by using fruit samples. It has been proven and the validatedmethod gives correct results.
