Özet (EN)

In our study, we aimed to investigate the effects maternal weight of Hepatitis B vaccine administered in the first trimester of pregnancy, effects on gestational period and morphometric development of offspring in postnatal period and histopathological examinations. Thirty female adult Wistar albino rats weighing between 150-200 gr were used in the study. It was determined became pregnant group that 12 rats in the experimental and 10 rats in the control. First trimester of pregnancy ( 7th gestational day) was administered control group to the intramuscular NaCI and In the experimental group hepatitis b vaccine with 2 μg dose aluminum hydroxide carrier to. Weights of pregnant rats in experimental and control groups were measured every other day during pregnancy. At the end of the gestation, the gestation durations and pup numbers of all rats were determined. Morphometric growth parameters related to total body, cranium, thorax and extremities were measured for each pup at day 0 and 1st - 12th weeks through the neonatal-adult periods. At the end of the study, kidney and liver tissue samples were taken from 12 week old pup rats and stained with routine H&E and examined histopathological. During pregnancy, it was found that the rats in the experimental group had less maternal weight increase compared to the control group. In the study were gotten, experimental group than 11 pregnant rats 89 ratling (34 male, 55 female), in the control than group 9 pregnant rats 102 ratling (51 male, 51 female). In the comparison of the experimental and control group morphometric parameters, it was found that there was no difference between the groups in each period and in all parameters (p> 0.05). In the comparison of the same sexes between the experimental and control groups (male-male, female-female) in the parameters taken between 6-12 weeks, no significant difference was found between the same sexes in both groups. In the postnatal period, there was a positive correlation between all morphometric parameters taken during the neonatal-adult period in the experimental and control groups and age (p <0.001). Histopathological examination of kidney and liver tissues from male and female rats in the control and experimental xi groups were observed to be normal. As a result of our study, it was observed that commercially available Hepatitis B vaccine (2μg / dose) with single dose aluminum hydroxide adjuvant applied in the first trimester of pregnancy (day 7) had no effect as a result of maternal weight gain, and morphometric growth parameters and organs of the offspring in the postpartum period.
