Abstract (EN)
This study was to determine the effect of making decisions by the internet during pregnancy on healthy life behaviors. The descriptive and cross-sectional research was conducted in the gynecology clinics of two hospitals in Adana between June 2021 and September 2022. The research data and comparison criteria were taken from 360 pregnant women. In collecting data; Personal Information Form, Internet Decision Making Scale during Pregnancy (IDMSDP) and Healthy Life Behaviors in Pregnancy Scale were used. In evaluating the data; descriptive statistics, Mann-Whitney U test (z tablo value), Kruskal-Wallis H test (χ2 tablo value) Spearman correlation and Bonferroni correction were applied. Average age of pregnant women 27,42±4,06 (year) average week of pregnancy 29,23±4,88 (week) has been determined. It was determined that 35% of pregnant women use the internet 4-6 times a day, 53.9% research related to the baby's development on the internet, and 72.8% use the internet thanks to the ease of access to information. The total score of pregnant women was 32.94±4.13; The total score was found to be 102.13±12.56. pregnancy responsibility, hygiene, nutrition, physical activity, travel, pregnancy acceptance and A positive, weakly statistically significant relationship was detected between the scores (p<0.05). Determined that the internet was effective in decision during pregnancy and that the healthy lifestyle behaviors of pregnant women were at a good level. The level of decision by the internet increases during pregnancy healthy lifestyle behaviors. KeyWords: Pregnancy, internet usage, healthy lifestyle, nursig.
