Religious Music is one of the building blocks of Islamic civilization. The cultural and cultural heritage we have accumulated in this area from the past to the present is the clearest example of this. Many academic studies have been carried out in the field of traditional religious music. Although there are many studies in the field of popular music culture in the academic field, there is no detailed study about the current situation of religious music. Yediler, which will fill these deserved residents, especially to conduct a study evaluating religious music through a name that has proven himself in this field, such as Sami Yusuf. This distinction, the change and transformation in religious music with the modernization of society is discussed through traditional and modern concepts. After giving information about the nature of the religious music performed on his day, evaluations were made about the point of Sami Yusuf. For the researches and examinations, it has been determined that Sami Yusuf has a style that can be said to be close to the music style he conducted as the manager 'green pop', but has influences from traditional music and a style that combines these two musical cultures. Based on the content and information obtained in the study, information was given about Sami Yusuf and his musical works, who combined traditional and modern religious music culture and revealed a unique style.
