Abstract (EN)

Culture; It is a tool that forms the social life, shapes the behaviors and behaviors among people, is transferred from generation to generation and it is a tool that determines the ways of communication and ways of learning in the society. Culture is also an important element in determining the characteristic structure of society as it affects the personality of each individual in society and determines the way they understand life. Concept of Culture, Upper Culture, Subculture, Culturing, Culturing, Cultural Propagation, Cultural Delay, Cultural Shock, Cultural Imperialism, Cultural Assimilation, Cultural Corruption, Rooted Culture, Customs, Customs, Cultural Participation, Social Participation have sub-concepts. In this context; Universal Culture, Regional (National) Culture, National Culture (with External Effects), Political Culture, Theological Culture, Individual / Behavioral Culture, Material and Spiritual Culture, Ideological Culture, Professional Culture, Work Culture, Consumption Culture, Technology Culture and Urban Cultures such as culture can be mentioned. Artisanship, which has an important place in economic and social life, has been in a cultural interaction since the first ages. Ahi and Lon, especially from the 13th century to the 19th century, the occupation of the people in the field of profession and art at the same time as a moral, mature people have an important place as an organization based on. The aim of this study is to observe the change between the traditional culture of Sakarya Esnaf and the modern culture. Existing practices are included in the modern cultural framework. The research area of the study, where quantitative research method is used, consists of Sakarya Tradesmen with up to 10 employees. The former is the basis for the survey questionnaire on variables in written sources of regulation and theory. The dependent variables of the traditional tradesmen culture are the rules of rules which have been going on since ahli and guild system. The independent variables are the attitudes and behaviors of today's tradesmen. As a result, the average score of the first main dimension of the study is 3.23. There is a variation of 35.4% in the traditional structure from 5 to 1.77. The mean score of the second main social and individual life of the research is 3,62. There is a difference of 27.6% from 5 to 1.38.
