An example of clean-sheet politician in a developing country: Adnan Kahveci

With the presidency of Turgut Özal, Republic of Turkey has realized a drastic evolution and gone through an important transition period. Economies being in the lead, there have been great changes in political and social areas. An other important figure who contributed to the situation of developing Turkey is Adnan Kahveci.In this study, using Adnan Kahveci's projects and works as base, his struggle and effort for the development of Turkey has been examined. We have tried to understand with which motives the projects and works at issue have been done and thus we have aimed at drawing a clear picture of Adnan Kahveci together with his works.
