Abstract (EN)

On the planet we live in, human change is increasing every year, the number of industrial units and the amount of production are increasing. As a result, it is seen that the consumption of electrical energy is increasing every year. A large part of this emerging energy need is due to the abundance of fossils and the limitation of fossil diversity, resulting in increased energy expansion. Especially today's ships need fossil fuels to meet their energy and movement needs. In addition, the International Maritime Organization (IMO) continues to reduce carbon emissions to nature by 2053 and to end increase in fossil energy consumption at this target level by this date. For this purpose, tools to reduce the amount of fossil money that covers energy consumption on ships are of great importance. In this study the values related to the amount of greenhouse gas emissions released into the atmosphere as a result of the average amount of fossil fuel consumed by a Cargo ship operating between İzmir and Muğla provinces in twelve month werw shared. It is aimed to model the hybrid system that will provide a certain part of the ship, which is the basis of investigation and analyze it from a technoeconomic perspective through the HOMER program. As a result of this work, the ship's electrical energy needs will be met not only through diesel generators but also through solar and wind energy. As a result of this study, it is seen that since lessfossil fuel is used, there is a significant decrease in the amount of emissions released into the natüre and diesel generator maintenance costs are also significantly reduced. As a result of the research, it is conclueded that the hybrid energy system provides significant advantages in terms of energy efficiency. However, ,t is seen that hybrid energy systems provide the opportunity to optimize energy consumption and environmental sustainability. As aresult of the study, it is seen that the hybrid energy system planned to be used on the ship will significantly reduce the dependence and cost item on fossil-based ressources used today. As a result of this study, it sets an important precedent ort he use of ships with hybrid energy systems in the future
