Abstract (EN)

The golden ratio is a beautifully valuable relationship that shows the "optimal" sleep between a whole and its parts. In our study, we aimed to examine the results obtained by comparing the anthropometric facial measurements of a total of 180 healthy individuals, 90 women and 90 men, between the ages of 18-24, with certain facial measurements and the closeness of the 1,618 results of the ratios between anthropometric measurements, known as the golden ratio. These intended baselines are physiognomic faces, face width, distance between morphological faces, nose width, mouth width, distance between hair starting point and subnasal, forehead width, distance between eyes, nasal gaps, distances between upper legs, and lips measured from lower lips. was measured. Participants' demographic information and physical characteristics such as height and body weight were recorded. Measurements were made after the photographs taken from the volunteer individuals participating in the study were digitally transferred. As a result, when our study is evaluated as supportive, there is no significant difference from the golden perspective in terms of the ratio of facial width to upper facial values in male individuals, the ratio of facial width to upper facial values in female individuals, and the ratio of morphological percentage ratios to upper facial data. We think that the results obtained can form the basis of a wide range of fields such as anthropology, reconstructive surgery and orthopedics.
