Özet (EN)
This study was carried out to investigate the effects of narrow field games and MAS (maximal aerobic speed) running, which are football training types, on athletes. A total of 16 male athletes who actively continue playing football participated in this study voluntarily. The athletes were randomly selected, 8 for the narrow area group (average age 17.75 ± 463 years, average height 1.74 ± 0.66 m, body weight 71.00 ± 6.761 kg) 8 for the MAS (maximal aerobic speed) running group (age). averages 18.00 ±, 756 years, averages of height 1.72 ±, 057 m, averages of body weight 66.75 ± 8.828 kg) were included. Before training, the Hoff Aerobic Endurance Test was applied to the athletes of both groups as a pre-test. Afterwards, 4 * 4 narrow field games were applied to the narrow field group, 3 days a week for 4 weeks, and the EUROFIT method of the MAS running was applied to the MAS running group. At the end of the 4-week period, the Hoff Aerobic Endurance Test was applied to both groups as a final test. The data obtained as a result of the study were analyzed using the SPSS 22.0 program. The compliance of the data to normal distribution was examined with the Shapiro Wilk Test and it was determined that the data were not suitable for normal distribution. Therefore, non-parametric tests were used. Wilcoxon-Related Samples Test was used to compare the pre-test and post-test, and the Hoff Aerobic Endurance Test results of the Mas group and the narrow field group. Freidmatum analysis was used to compare the maximum heart rate and Borg scale values of the MAS group by weeks. The level of significance was accepted as p <0.05 for all analyzes. At the end of the study, it was determined that football players who participate in maximal aerobic speed training had a significant increase in running distance and running speed (p<0.05). On the contrary, it was seen that there was no significant difference between the players in the maximal aerobic speed training group in the mean speed, maximum and average heartbeat numbers (p>0.05). In the study, a significant increase was found in the distance covered, the highest speed and the average distance covered performances of the football players in small-sided group (p<0.05). When the changes which occur in the heartbeat numbers between the training sets of the groups were examined, it was determined that in the players in the maximal aerobic speed training group, the maximal heartbeat number did not change significantly after set 1 (p>0.05), the heartbeat number decreased significantly after set 2 and set 3 (p<0.05), the maximal heartbeat number increased after set 4 (p<0.05). It was found that there was a decrease in the number of maximal heartbeats in football players in the small-sided group after set 1, set 2, set 3 and set 4 (p<0.05). In the study, when the borg scale measurements of the players in the maximal aerobic speed training group were evaluated, it was determined that it increased significantly after set 1, decreased significantly after set 2 compared to the first week, increased significantly after set 3, and increased significantly after set 4 (p<0.05). It was concluded that the borg scale values of the players in the small-sided group decreased significantly every week after set 1, set 2, set 3 and set 4 (p<0.05). As a result, within the scope of the study, it has been observed that the narrow field game and MAS training model are beneficial in increasing the running speed and running distance.
