Abstract (EN)

Educated unemployment is an important problem that is becoming widespread among young people today and needs to be solved. In general, unemployment has become one of the most important problems of developing EU countries, as well as developing countries, as well as developing countries like Turkey. Turkey stands out as a country with a high level of diplomatic unemployment among OECD and European Union countries. The role of education in reducing unemployment in Turkey is great. Studies on the unemployment problem have made it possible to take some steps towards reducing unemployment, but it has not been possible to get a complete solution to the unemployment.The reason for the unemployment issue is the social and economic effects of unemployment. The economic impact of unemployment, especially the collective, is of great importance. Education is one of the most important criteria evaluated when looking at the level of development of an country. Education is of great importance for all countries. Studies show that there is a link between education and unemployment. So much so that education has a positive impact on the overall economy by lowering the risk of unemployment. Misconceptions about education can lead to many serious consequences, as well as creating more business potential by supporting the growth of educated right investments. The relationship between education and unemployment in the study has been assessed and the factors causing the educated youth unemployment and the economic social and social problems that have arisen and the economic policies applied to prevent these problems have been examined. The last part of the study included the comparison of Turkey and European unemployed unemployed. KEY WORDS: Unemployment, Youth Unemployment , Active and Passive employment policies
