Abstract (EN)
Job satisfaction is being taken into consideration more and more and having a more important place by the enterprises.A positive attitude to the job equals to the job satisfaction.Having a high degree of satisfaction indicates that one loves his job and values his work.This research on determination of the job satisfaction of the employees is therefore very important. In this research, Correlational Scan Model is used. Correlational Scan Model is a research technique that aims to identify the existence and/or the degree of the common change between two or more variation. Both motivation and job satisfaction of the employees working at Youth and Sport Province Directorate is identified and then it is described if these two terms could differ when the employees? personal abilities and job satisfaction level are compared.Therefore, related sources are also used although the base of the research is the data received by the questionnaire.The scope of this research includes 789 employees working at Youth and Sport Province Directorates in Marmara Region.On the other hand, 305 personnel from the Youth and Province Centres employees from various provinces of Marmara Region participated in the questionnaire. The analysis makes use of such techniques as SPSS and average,standard deviation,frequency distribution and percentage distribution,T-test and One Way ANOVA Test. The research, in the light of this analysis, indicates that job satisfaction of the employees working at the main branches of Youth and Sport Province Directorates is high.
