The differences of the card from the present cards are that it is cheapand basic. By small making small alterations on the card, it can also be used fora variance of purposes. Today, a small module of the color LED (Light EmittingDiode) screens had been achieved, which can be controlled by PC (PersonelComputer) card and which is used for the outdoor places such as sports saloons,stadiums. Screen module was controlled by using PCI (Peripheral ComponentInterconnect) card.
