Özet (EN)

One of the most recently created building materials, slurry infiltrated lif reinforced Beton or composite (SIFCON), can be viewed as a unique kind of high performance lif reinforced Beton with a greater lif content. This study presents the findings of an experimental investigation that aims to clarify the mechanical performance, flexural toughness, durability and microstructure of sustainable ground blast furnace slag/fly ash one-part alkali activated slurry infiltrated lif composites (SIFCON) with various recycled sands in terms of compreSKive strength, dry unit weight, flexural strength, porosity, sorptivity and water absorption and investigate its effectiveness at high temperatures (200; 400; 600 and 800℃) and freeze-thaw cycles (40; 80; 120 F-T cycles) with various steel lif ratios of 5%, 10%, and 15% heat cured for 6; 24 and 48 hours at 80℃. A total of eighteen SIFCON mixtures were generated, nine of which were 100 % slag, and the other nine mixtures were 50% slag and 50% UK. In the production of SIFCON mixtures, four different aggregates consisting of silica sand (SK), recycled Beton sand (ABK) recycled Tuğla sand (ATK) recycled Seramik sand (ASK) were used. The results showed that 24 h heat-cured B25L15 mixture had the greatest compreSKive strengths of 68,49 MPa, 74,53 MPa and 79,93 MPa at 7; 28; and 91 days, reSAectively among all mixtures. The results also indicated that the mixtures containing 100% GFBS and 50%UK heat cured for 6 h demonstrated the best compreSKive strength resistance to elevated temperature and F-T cycles. The greatest flexural toughness was also assessed for the mixture T50L15 heat-cured for 6 hour.
