Abstract (EN)

This study aims to increase profit by finding asphalt paved roads that are old and calculating what weight percent bitumen those asphalt roads have as a result of obtaining milling material using excavation machines. It is envisaged to make a profit by using that milling material in resurfacing work. As a result of our studies, we detected 3.50 % bitumen by weight from the milling material we obtained. The milling material with quite high economic value could be ready to use after a simple sifting process. After sifting, it will be used in a first-layer coating in a double-layer surface coating work. After using approximately 500 gr/m2 binding, we again layed 20-25 kg of milling material per m2. On the second layer, we applied 500 gr of bitumen and layed 18 kg of flint that is washed flint per m2. Calculating that milling material has approximately 700 gr of bitumen per m2. We did 2 layers of surface coating with 1700 gr of binder. After the 2nd, 5th and 10th months of coating, nothing negative was found in visual inspections.
