The impact of entrepreneurship on regional development TKDK province examples

In the first part of the study, the concept and development of entrepreneurship were tried to be revealed. The concept of entrepreneurship, which can be expressed simply as the ability of people to appreciate the opportunities that surround them and to benefit from these opportunities; has become a sine qua non of today's economic world. What kind of contribution the entrepreneur will provide for employment and the economy is expressed differently by many people. When we look at entrepreneurship examples, we can say that entrepreneurship is influenced by cultural factors, family factors, financial environment, and other parameters. In our country, examples of entrepreneurship are emerging in a different structure according to the characteristics of each period. In the Ottoman period, entrepreneurs shaped as hand crafts and personal skills rose above personal skills with the establishment of the Republic. In the early 1960s, state-owned investments were first attempted to be delivered to free entrepreneurs and new entrepreneurs were sought every year to ensure the development of the country. It is worth noting that almost all of these emerging entrepreneurs are of a certain skill and possess similar characteristics. Entrepreneurship is faced with the success or failure of the entrepreneur because it carries the risk factor. In the second part, the concept of regional development is tried to be studied and how development can be achieved. The purpose of regional development is to determine and develop the place which has not been able to develop at the same level as the other regions of the country for various reasons. Regional backwardness can have a variety of causes. In order for the regional development movement to be initiated, it must first be determined why the underdeveloped region is backward. In our country, development actions have been initiated to provide regional development. Development agencies have been established with this target. At the same time, five-year development plans were implemented. In the second part, we tried to examine how the regional development is being tried, the activities of the development agencies and the five-year development plans. In the third part, we have tried to examine the activities of the Agriculture and Rural Development Support Agency and the investments of Elazığ, Malatya and Diyarbakır and TKDK in our region. TKDK was established by the law of 18 May 2007. TKDK is an institution that aims to provide development in the countryside. It is aimed to strengthen the country's economy and increase rural employment by ensuring rural development. We also tried to examine what benefits TKDK can provide amongst the animals we consume in animal husbandry by using TÜİK data after the investments of TKDK started in this section.
