Analysis of culture and personality characteristic for entrepreneurship: Ostim Organized Indurstrial Zone an area research

Entrepreneurship, which importance has risen gradually during the emergence from industrial society to knowledge society, is recognized as the basic source for to least developed countries for restructuring, to developing countries for development, to developed countries for accumulation of prosperity and wealth. For this reason subject of Entrepreneurship is the subject of various researches.Entrepreneurship concepts should be evaluated as an individually and societal for the dissemination of it. For most of thinkers entrepreneurs were classified by their qualifications and various types of entrepreneurs were brought forward. These results not only contribute the typological entrepreneurship theory but also developed basic facilities for the improvement of it.Setting the relationships which help arise of movements which accelerate the improvement of Entrepreneurship by evaluating the individual and societal dimension of effects will contribute the development of state?s economy greatly. The aim of this study in this concept is to unveil the Entrepreneur profile work at OSTIM Organized Industrial Zones.
