Entrepreneurship of national and international economic and technological developments is more prominent. These developments offer many new opportunities for entrepreneurial candidates. Persons tend to be entrepreneurs rather than working for fixed and specific fees in certain jobs. The current state of entrepreneurship in our country is being examined by public and private sectors and developments are being followed. Although angel investors are still on their way, they are supportive of transferring material and possessive experiences to entrepreneurs with high growth and profit potential. In our country, the angel investing system has been organized as the Individual Participation Capital System of the Under secretariat of Treasury and the system is followed by the Under secretariat. Investors who meet the specified criteria are licensed angel investors by obtaining a License for Individual Participation Investors. Entrepreneurship features, competencies, preferences and demographic characteristics of investors who have received support from angel investors have been analyzed and analyzed. Questionnaires were used in the research and the results of 100 participants were evaluated because of the questionnaire. Entrepreneurship competencies are also found high in entrepreneurs with entrepreneurship preferences.
