Abstract (EN)

Entrepreneurship culture and development in the development of society is very important. Today, globalization and rapidly changing market conditions, companies can achieve sustainable competitive advantage and be able to maintain its productivity has increased the importance of domestic entrepreneurial activity in the company. The purpose of this study; entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship explain concepts in a theoretical framework and business in domestic entrepreneurial activity, the air-owned organizations (climate) without ignoring the effects on performance, staff is to investigate the impact on performance. In this context, benefiting from domestic and foreign sources, the first part of the work culture of entrepreneurship, intrapreneurship second part, the concepts discussed in the third part of the organizational climate and these concepts were studied separately with subtitles. In the fourth part of the study area it was made in the services sector survey as research, analyzed data collected from a total of 229 staff were transferred and the results obtained.
