The relati?onship of between entrepreneurship potential and ethics perception: Sample of School of Akcakoca Tourism and Hotel Management

Entrepreneurship expressed as a set of value creation activities which are great economical, social and political importance. Establishing a new business (take risks) is a more individual decision so, individual qualities have great importance to examine entrepreneurship. Therefore ethical perception that entrepreneur has, is important issue to be considered. Purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between ethical perception and entrepreneurial potential. İn this research, the concept discussed in terms of ethical entrepreneurship, entrepreneur and emphousising the importance of entrepreneurial potantial ethics and ethical values in students who are considered to be potential entrepreneurs and aimed to determine the factors that influence them. The research population consists of undergraduate students with at Akçakoca School of Tourism and Hotel Management. Quantitative research methods was used and the data were obtained by questionnains techique in this research demographic features of the place of residence and work experionce a significant difference was found with the untrepreneurial potential. According to demographic charecteristics showed no difference in the perception of ethics. According to research, the ethical dimensions of perception internal relations, customer relations, relationships with colleagues and task related of responsibilities and turned out to be a positive correlation between entrepreneurship potential.
