Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of strategic leadership on entrepreneurial orientation on the example of businesses from different industries in Baku, Azerbaijan. Research data were collected from 265 employees in Baku, Azerbaijan, and were conducted the regression analysis using Miller / Covin and Slevin's (1989) entrepreneurial orientation scale and Newman's (1999) strategic leadership measurement. The results of the analysis showed that strategic leadership has a positive significant effect on the entrepreneurial orientation of being Innovative and Pioneering and Risk Taking dimensions.
