Angel Financing Methods, technology-oriented to the structure the U.S. and Europe 's widely used in many countries and is effective. Angel investments in many respects a significant contribution to economic and social life of this country are in. In this respect, the capital of Angels in Turkey development, Turkey's entrepreneurship is of great importance in terms of financing. With angel investment regulation which published on February 15, 2013 Turkey started to the mobility of investment in Angel capital. Angel investors will benefit almost 75%-100% tax advantages in the reformed regulations. In this study, Angel capital that can be an alternative solution to financial problems of entrepreneurs, has been, examined; first information about the Angel Capital model have been presented and it can be an alternative solution for the financial problems of entrepreneur. Domestic and foreign sources in the realization of the research study was conducted. In this context, the Treasury Web site, the university libraries of the relevant national and international organizations have been benefiting from websites.
